To celebrate International Women's Day, The Secret Reading Room will open up into The Chamber of Wildflowers; a dreamy escape for women who love books.
Meet indie authors, discover stacks of books written by women over the ages, browse a beautifully curated selection of women-owned brands bringing stories to life & lose yourself in soft spaces filled with slow bookish experiences, designed to help you feel calm & creative.
There'll even be a quiet, Secret Reading Room hidden away for you to go to, if you need a moment to stop & just be.

Brand & Author Stalls
There'll be over 20 bookish brands & authors for you to browse and shop from. Stalls will include everything from book themed candles, stationery, licensed merch & Kindle accessories, to indie authors with signed copies & special editions.
The Wildflowers Cafe
Step inside The Wildflowers Café; a cosy little stop, where the air smells sweet & the world slows down. Here you'll find comforting drinks & warm desserts. The perfect place to pause & enjoy a bookish conversation.

The Make Your Own Book Bouquet Atelier
Here you can choose any of the books available within this area across all fiction genres, then add your chosen blooms & make your perfect book bouquet.

Behind a closed door you'll find a hidden Secret Author's Reading Room; a peaceful retreat from the main event space where you can relax & listen to authors reading from their novels.

A relaxed meet-cute area hosted by Shimmy Books, for anyone who want to meet new reading friends & share book recs. Nothing awkward, nothing forced. Just fun prompts, warm convos & the joy of meeting someone who loves books as much as you do.

Here you'll be able to sit, relax and enjoy each author read excerpts from their respective novels, answer questions which you'll be able to write on notecards for each author beforehand (no awkward hand raising!) and have your books signed by the authors.

ARE MY TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Once purchased, your ticket is non-refundable. If you email [email protected] at least 5 days before the event, you'll have the option to transfer your ticket to a future event instead. In the unlikely instance that the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
